He also carries out the whole process, which can be very stressful, in a calm and relaxing manner.   Joseph and his team did an outstanding job of selling our property. Their professionalism, knowledge and friendly manner guided us throughout the whole process.
  Joseph helped us buy our home previously and rent the property. He and his team took the times to explain everything to us and understand our needs and requirements. They kept us informed at all times. We highly recommend their services.

  I'm not one to write reviews but I am writing this because Joseph and his team did an excellent job selling my house. We were always in good hands with Joseph and were kept informed from go to whoa. His experience and knowledge of the market was evident from the proposed marketing campaign to the negotiation stage which netted a great price. Some of the comments I've read on here is not a true reflection of this organization and I have no hesitation in recommending Joseph and his team for his professionalism, honesty and great outcome.

  I leased one property in Springvale. Paying all rent on time in 2 years. I gave them one month notice and already done steam clean and general clean also provided invoice to agent. I gave them key of property before 20 days. They inspected and said that need to fix some areas. I was happy to fix those things and also I had 15 days to finished my notice. I promise them to fix it by weekend. Still, agent just called me over Wednesday around 11 am and I missed his call due to some work. And without any notice he claimed cleaning fees in VCAT. After I called him and paid $250 for one BR house which already cleaned. And he withdrew application from VCAT. I had still around 10 days left in my vacant date on that time. It’s really annoying that this type of agent are playing with people in different ways.

  This business has been reported to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, an investigation is ongoing. This real estate approved my application for a property, took a holding deposit of the first months rent + bond, totalling $3100. I was handed a lease agreement two weeks later while being pressured to sign because of “time restrictions”, but I felt it necessary to take my time to read through, finding the real estate had increased rent by $100 per week without any notice. After days of negotiations about rent I witnessed such gross unprofessionalism I walked away from the property, never having signed anything. Consumer affairs, tenants Victoria and legal aid have worked with me for three months to have the $3100 returned, as is legally right. VCAT eventually ordered the return of the money. A restraining order was placed against Sharon for harassment.

  Overall Satisfaction
  Have dealt with a few real estate agents, and the guys at LJ Hooker are by far the most approachable and helpful. They don't treat you as just another number. Highly recommend!!
