  Mark was great to deal with. We take our fleet of cars to him and have had nothing but great pleasure in dealing with Mark. Would recommend anyone to go to Mark, as he is very informative and always wants what’s best for his customers. Hard to find a honest and good mechanic like Mark.

  Mark’s service is excellent. From dropping my car off to picking it up, he checks everything and even calls you with any issues before he fixes them. He explains clearly what was done in the service and tells you what might need changing/fixing next time so there’s no nasty surprises. I would highly recommend Mark and IWIM Motors having had my car serviced there for 5+ years.

  I honestly do not do reviews unless warranted but this is first time I am doing because I sincerely appreciate the values and amazing customer service experience presented by Mark and team. Indeed this place is thorough, problem solving, well spoken, courteous and most importantly effective listerner. I would hardly regard Mark and team and recommend to anyone who are looking to repair their car. They are honest and clearly explain to me what needs doing on my car and do it for a reasonable price. Excellent quality work on my Citroen! ❤️❤️. Thanks Mark and team!
