  I don't usually post public reviews, but the customer service i experienced from Brett was simply outstanding and simply could not go unnoticed. Because of his excellent customer service and communication i won't hesitate to choose Thrifty Clayton each and every time. Keep up the good work!

  I booked a ute several days before pick up. The night before pick up they rang and said they have not got a ute. This was my 4th dealing with them and 3 times they have stood me up. They don't like dealing with RACV discounts. Treating people like that they should lose their franchise or the RACV should ban them

  Please DO NOT GO HERE,the man at Reception is so rude,they don t tk yr money out every mth if it's a long term rental,then blame you.Also they threaten you with the Police,when you Hv paid them,and tell the Poilce you are a car Theft,l will be taking Legal action,
  And going to the ACC.I HOPE THRIFTY CLOSE DOWN.There very expensive as well.

  Brett and Kylie, are sensational. I booked at short notice and even though they were very busy each customer was treated with good humour and timeliness. Very happy, will definitely use again
  ( .... but Probably better to book early if possible

  Their minibuses are clean and relatively new. Good service also.
