  Just like what most people state down in the comment section. This place is about 20% overpriced and extremely slow/forgetful. I have personally never experienced rude/bad customer service, but never had a great one either

  The pharmacist working here by the name of Michael Cummins is so rude. Talking with a better attitude with the customers won’t harm him. Looks like this person needs more training in customer service and how to be more mindful

  Have had two average experiences with this pharmacy. Firstly, the prices are more expensive. My first encounter was when I gave my script before a 4 hour class, and came back and had to wait 20 minutes because they forgot to fill it. My second was when they filled my script, but did not give me the repeats (which left me without my medication for a day). Michael (the pharmacist) was quite rude on the phone and kept cutting me off. Will not be going back here unfortunately.

  They do not even deserve a one star for this. I went there to get my IHI documents verified, and the dark-haired, middle age female cashier was extremely rude and condescending. It seems like she's this way towards Asian students in general. At the time I was there, she was very cordial to non-POC students. The icing on top of the rotten cake was Michael Cummins who yelled at me for having multiple papers for him to verify. This one is just flat out ill-mannered to everyone. I even reported this to the SCU but they gave no update at all which was disappointing. To add, it seems like the ones at Monash Clayton Pharmacy have always behaved this way and the old windbag is untouchable.

  It doesn’t deserve a star! I totally agree with all the other customers. Their staff are extremely rude, with little to no respect.
  
  I went there for some doc certification. I have never felt so harassed and furious. The old grumpy pharmacist, Michael, was extremely rude and shouted at me. I know it’s free service for certifying our docs, but how can I be treated like trash and get humiliated.
  
  Not only me, another customer in front of me was being treated in an extremely rude way by Michael. He’s showed utter contempt and a lack of care for people in need of their prescribed medication.
  
  Can I report his behaviour to Monash University?
  
  I would never go to this pharmacy again, even I am dying for medication.
