  Centre com is a fantastic place to go when you are building a pc or wanting to get some advice. The customer service is top notch and very friendly! Went in with no idea with what I'm doing and came out with pretty much all the PC parts that I needed. Highly recommend!

  Great service from Von when I was having a few set up issue. DON'T Bother trying to call for service as you will be hanging on hold for literally hours. Go into the store for service only. Would have been five stars if not for this.

  This is a support call for Alex, I came in today to purchase a macbook, had some issues with payment, we tried couple of times with different cards and methods, eventually got it done! It took much longer than I expected. Alex demonstrated excellent customer services and was very patient, well done and thank you!

  I experienced abysmal wait times from staff who seemed more interested in chatting about hardware then selling it; was out of stock and told to go to another store an hour away only to be told they were also out of stock. Staff were friendly and courteous and the service was great when I eventually received it but I will not be returning.

  Marnas was a huge help in finding, double checking and purchasing my huge list of computer parts, ensuring they're all compatible and locating with ease. Huge help and absolutely top support.
  Only issue is that prices seem to be ex-GST, so make sure to have budget for a mark up. Knowing earlier I could have sourced from multiple stores to get the best value.

  I visited CentreCom Clayton store for the first time this week when I purchased a CentreCom own brand desktop.
  I write now to say I was genuinely surprised and delighted with the service I received and the well set-up store. This may be a cynical world but
  Von - Cheacheyvon - served me expertly after listening carefully to what I wanted and needed from a new desktop.
  . He made sure I spent wisely to meet my needs. Von is exceptionally good at his job and I meant it when I said to him that he had given me the best service I can remember in years.

  As other reviewers have commented on, their customer service is lacking. When asking for help to buy a hard disk drive for an Apple Computer I was told I would have to go to an authorised Apple Dealer and when I asked if he knew where the nearest one was he said "I don't know, you could look it up on the computer or we could look it up for you but it will take a lot of time." It was perfectly obvious he didn't want to help us. Went to JB Hi Fi instead and got the best service ever!
